Driving Under the Influence (DUI)
Riverside Recovery Resources, RRR, has operated an approved Riverside County DUI education program since the early 1990’s. Also known as the ALPHA program, these services are structured for first time offenders to those that have experienced multiple offenses.
If you have recently been arrested for Driving Under the Influence, whether it be for alcohol, marijuana or other substances, we can get your services started today. (Link to referral sources at the bottom of this section))
Upon meeting all of the DUI program requirements, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and a copy of the DL 101 which we submit on your behalf, to the Court and Department of Motor Vehicles.
Our DUI Education Program is a California State Licensed Alcohol and Drug Education and Counseling Program for those who are convicted of a DUI in a California court, which requires completion of a state-approved DUI program to restore their driving privileges.
Any conviction of a DUI in a California court will require completion of a State approved DUI program to restore complete driving privileges. The court may or may not still be involved, however DMV remains involved until all DUI program requirements have been met and the program sends a DL 101 proof of completion certificate to the DMV.
Riverside Recovery Resource’s DUI Education Program offers first offender Wet Reckless-, three-, six- and nine-month programs. We also offer twelve and eighteen-month multiple offender classes. There are three forms of referrals that may allow us to enroll you in our program.
